LA TANNING - Delivery and Returns

If you feel for any reason that you no longer wish to keep the item that was dispatched, you can return it, in its original condition within 7 working days after the date the item is delivered. We will refund the cost of the item and the cost of shipping & handling if applicable, but will not refund your costs in sending the item back to us, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or faulty. Please return items securely packaged with a copy of your invoice to the following address:

All our HVLP units are covered under 12 month UK manufacturer guarantee. Faults caused by the customer through the misuse, wrong use of equipment, industrial or hire use cannot be covered. HVLP systems are manufactured to acceptable operational decibel standards for regular use in salons and by spray tan technicians.

The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to understand fully the difference between the operational sound volume of airbrush (which is almost silent) compared with HVLP technology (around the sound level of a salon hairdryer) before purchasing and that is not satisfactory grounds to request a refund or return of goods.

For units that appear faulty and are within 12 months from when purchased, will be assessed and if deemed manufactories fault, a replacement unit will be sent. Solution can only be returned if damaged in transit and refused on delivery, a replacement or full refund will be offered.

Unfortunately our tanning solution and self tanning mousse (bought separate or part of a kit) are none refundable unless they are faulty, the product will undergo a full testing process to see if this is the case, and only if its deemed a manufactures fault will a refund be given.

The postage cost to send this back to us will be refunded only if the item has been confirmed as defective.

Warranty on tanning tents does not cover miss use, in correct opening and closing. The warranty only covers the materials of the tent.
